I wasn't in when the courier came

On the Secure checkout page you can add details about where the item can be left if your not in. As we use dual couriers

- Parcel Force will attempt delivery and if your out, take it back to the depot and reattempt it the following day, if the second attempt fails it will be taken to your local post office for you to collect. 

- Yodel will try and deliver and if your out, either leave in a safe place or take back to the depot and reattempt a further 3 times, if still unsuccessful they will hold your parcel at the depot for you to collect for up to 7 days, if no collection is made this will be returned to us.

If you want to arrange a specific day then you can do so by calling the number on the card.
