Yodel will attempt delivery and if you aren’t there to accept, they will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbouring business - they will only attempt re delivery if there is nowhere to leave your order safe.
If still unsuccessful they will hold your parcel at the depot for you to collect for up to 7 days, if no collection is made this will then be returned to us. If an order is left safe/with a neighbouring business or unable to deliver a card will be left.
To track a parcel, rearrange a delivery or arrange to collect - visit yodel.co.uk and enter your tracking number. If you have any problems please contact us via email: email@example.com or call us on 01423 525 750 and choose option 3.
